Present  –           Complainant in person.

                           Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint.At this stage, complainant has made a separate    statement in which the states that she wants to withdraw her present complaint with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate authority.

                           Heard, in view of the statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. A copy of this orer be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
