                   Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present case being compromised. His statement in this regard was recorded separately on 20.4.2023.

                        Hence, in view of above statement of counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
