           The complainant being a consumer of the O.Ps for electricity vide consumer No: 911112050504 has preferred this case alleging deficiency in service and claims for complainant. Perusal the complainant petition . In Para -5 the complainant petition  the complainant has admitted that , there is an outstanding  amount of Rs. 5818 /- towards electricity bill. Further in Para -6 the complainant petition, the complainant has submitted that, OP 3 was deputed by OP 2 for imposing  penalty as  per vigilance report. Therefore this is a case coming U/s. 126 of the electricity Act, which is not a consumer dispute under law. The material available on record does not  disclose a case of deficiency in service by the O.Ps.

               Hence the case is dismissed as not admissible.

      Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  19^th  day of   December’  2017.
