Order-  Respondent No.3 shall furnish the bill for the amount of Rs. 580/- dated 14/1/92 after calculating interest and D.P. charges etc. to lthe respondent No.1 Executive Engineer public works Division Amravati Respondent No.1 shall credit this amount within one month from the date of receipt of the bill from respondent no.3 Resp. no. 1 is entitled to recover the said amount from the personms who are responsible for payment of the said amount Hovever the respondent no.2 is liable to pay the amount of Rs.338.88ps.alongwith interest and D.P. charges on the said amount to resp.no.1.  The comp shall continue to pay  the electric charges after the period from 15/1/92 till he is in c\occupation of the premises.  Parties to bear their own costs.
