Order

                     The opposite party is directed to pay the amount of cmpensation of Rs. 5000/- alongwith the cost of Rs. 1000/- for litigation charges to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of the order.

                     In default, the complainant would be entitled to received th above said amount alongwith interest @ Rs. 18% p.a. from the date of passing of the order.
