Attendance has filed on behalf of the complainant.

The opposite party is appeared through its Ld. Counsel in this case. The case is fixed for hearing on the petition filed by the Ld. Counsel of the opposite party dated 27.03.2024. Regarding the settlement which has taken place outside of this District Commission.

        Today the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the complainant and the complainant himself appeared and has filed his attendance and submitted that in the light of application on behalf of the opposite party dated 27.03.2024 the amount has been deposited to Electricity Department by him.

        The complainant also filed the payment receipt today. The Ld. Counsel and the complainant have prayed to allow his petition for withdrawal of his case in the light of settlement which has taken place with Electricity Department outside of this District Commission.

         We have heard the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the complainant and the Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party. As the complainant has settled the matter with Electricity Department Gumla Division and he has also deposited the dues amount with the office of Electricity Department and the complainant doesn’t wants to proceed with this case. Therefore, on this basis of the compromise. Today this case is disposed of on the basis of settlement between parties.

The office is directed to cosign the case record in the record room.
