          The substance of the complaint petition is that, the complainant had got a work order for construction of latrine under “Swachh Bharat Mission” (Gramin) in the year 2015 from R.W.S.S, Boudh. He Completed the construction of it and maintained all formalities to claim the declared amount of Rupees Rs.12,000/-(Twelve Thousand) only of the scheme from the O.Ps. But the O.Ps did not sanction the declared amount though he repeatedly request for it. So being aggrieved he filed this complaint case against O.Ps. However since filing, the complainant has been continuously not appearing before the Commission even though fresh notice issued against him to comply the petition of O.Ps vide letter No.684 of dt.28.04.2022 regarding, that the “Swachh Bharat Mission” scheme has been transfer to District Rural Development Authority, Boudh with all its accountabilities. So we observed that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case, again the case is also devoid of merit.

        Hence, basing on the facts and circumstances we constraint to dismiss the case without cost and compensation against O.Ps. The case is disposed of.
