Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 09.02.2023. Complainant was directed to file rejoinder, however not filed.. Thereafter, matter adjourned for several times but neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter.
