According to office report dated 04.01.2023, learned counsel for the appellant was telephonically informed.

Today, i.e., 09.02.2023, learned counsel for the appellant has endorsed on the order-sheet that his client (Sh. Jamshed Ali / appellant and his sons) are not in his contact and he intends to withdraw his Vakalatnama from the appeal.

Further, according to office report dated 09.02.2023, steps for substitution have not been taken by the appellant.
