Learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for respondent has appeared and submitted an application stating that the appellant has not supplied the copy of the documents as ordered on 18.11.2016, hence the appeal on account of non-compliance of the above order, be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant has neither appeared nor submitted today any documents in compliance of the previous order dated 18.11.2016.

Hence, the appellant has not complied with the order inspite of the lapse of a long period. 

A perusal of the order sheet dated 20.01.2022 and other order sheets of the previous dates, reveal that the appellant has not appeared before the Commission since a long time.

All these facts and circumstances transpire that the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal.  Hence, in the absence of the appellant and on account of non-submission of the documents in compliance of the above mentioned previous order, the appeal cannot be registered and shall stand summarily dismissed. No order as to costs.

Let the copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned District Commission for information and necessary action.

                        File be consigned to the record room.
