                The complainant in this case last appeared on 03.06.2019.  It is noted below the order dated 03.06.2019 that the complainant was informed telephonically about the next date of hearing on 27.9.2019.  However, the complainant did not appear in Court  from 30.09.2019 onwards till date.  It appears  that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter further.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
