Opposite party paid total amount of Rs.15,500/-.  Out of this he has given a check of Rs.14,990/- bearing No.040872 of Axis Bank.  Complainant  is directed to return the  water purification to the opposite party  on receiving the amount. Hence the petition is closed as withdrawn.
