ORDER

Shri Tikaram Prajapati, learned counsel for the appellant.  

          Heard on admission. 

           We have perused the impugned order passed by the District Forum, Bhopal in case no.599/13 dated 07.08.15, wherein the Forum has elaborately and very rightly explained  the situations prevailing in the case and  has given relief to the appellant.

            We find no merits in the appeal and the order passed by the Forum is up to the mark. 

            The appeal is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
