           Today the case is fixed for consideration on the settlement deed. At this stage, the  Ld. Counsel for the complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
