ORDER:

                     The file taken up today on the application and the matter put up in the Lok Adalat.  The parties have amicably arrived at a settlement and the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statements made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
