THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.55,755/- towards dresses and essentials etc. and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- being compensation and Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Both complainant and opposite parties counsel appeared in person and filed Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.   In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
