          No representation for both.  This appeal is posted today for reporting compliance of adjournment cost of Rs.500/- each to the Registrar and for filing written arguments of both and for oral  arguments.  When the matter was called at 10.30 a.m both parties are not present  hence,  passed over and  called again at 12.15 pm, then also the parties has not appeared and also not complied with the conditional order dated 12.02.2020. Hence keeping the appeal  pending is of no use as parties are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence the appeal  is dismissed for default.  No order as to cost.
