                The complainant has made a statement that as per letter No. A-5/2024/294382 dated 05.11.2024 of the HUDA, assurances have been given by the OPs, so, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                In view of the same, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
