At this stage, Sh.Ashok Kumar Bazaz, advocate Counsel for the Complainant suffered a statement that the OPs have passed an order bearing No.1095 dated 07.02.2018, thereby withdrawing the order of deposit of non-construction fees and have further held that the moratorium period of three years of raising construction shall start after the electricity pole is removed and possession given to the complainant. As such, he does not want to continue with this complaint which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
