1.   Vide their separate joint statement recorded on 07.12.2023, Sh.Vikas Sharma, Junior Assistant, Estate Office, U.T. Chandigarh and Mrs.Manisha, Junior Assistant, Office of Collector, U.T. Chandigarh, on behalf of OP have stated that refund voucher of Rs.11,384/- has been issued by office of Collector, U.T. Chandigarh on 06.12.2023 towards the State Bank of India Account No.10847907318 in the name of applicant/complainant Sh.Devinder Mohan Julka and the same shall be shown in the account of applicant/complainant within 15 days. Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.12.2023, Sh.N.K.Bhalla, Counsel for Complainant has stated that in view of the statement made by Sh.Vikas Sharma, Junior Assistant, Estate Office, U.T. Chandigarh and Mrs.Manisha, Junior Assistant, Office of Collector, U.T. Chandigarh, on behalf of OP, he withdraw the present consumer complaint being satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid amount and prayed that the same be disposed of in National Lok Adalat.

2.   In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid amount. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 07.12.2023. The award is accordingly passed.

3.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
