Present:          Sh. G.S. Ratgal, Advocate for the complainant.

 

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the Estate Office, HSVP, Kurukshetra has shown the nil recovery against the complaint as per documents submitted by the respondent i.e. Ex. C1 and no recovery of Rs.26,247/- was pending against the complaint so that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

            In view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                    File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
