          Today an application for withdrawal of complaint filed under Section 35 of consumer protection Act filed. Statement of counsel for Complainant recorded separately in which he stated that “I do not want to pursue the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same with the liberty to approach the OP as the Op has framed a policy regarding waving of extension fees”.

          In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the OP as per policy of HSVP. File be consigned to record room.
