                    Mrs. Ritika Aggarwal GPA of Shri Gaurav Aggarwal complainant/DH made a statement that she has received DD no.687580 dated 19.04.2018 amounting to Rs.30,530/- from the JDs as full and final settlement of the order dated 21.8.2014. She wants to withdraw the present execution application.

2.             In view of statement of GPA of complainant/DH the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
