We have heard the petitioner in person. 

Challenge in these proceedings is to the order dated 27.06.2011 passed by M. P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bhopal (in short, ‘the State Commission’) in appeal No. 819 of 2011, by which order, the State Commission has dismissed the appeal filed by the complainant on the ground that it was filed

after four years and was misconceived.  We are in total agreement with the view taken by the State Commission having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the legal position as it exists today.

The revision petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed.
