Learned counsel for the complainants has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that OPs have allotted the plots to them, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
