Smt.Preeti Mahajan,Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.2 & 3 got recorded her statement that opposite parties are ready to refund the amount to the tune of Rs.15500/- as per bill ex.C-3 for the impugned mobile subject to handing over the impugned mobile set alongwith all accessories within one month from the receiving of certified copy of order. In view of the above statement, Sh.Neeraj Kumar,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he has heard the statement of counsel for opposite parties No.2 & 3 and in view of the statement suffered by her, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant reserving his right to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action as well as to file execution in case failure on the part of opposite parties No.2 & 3. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
