Perusal of the record shows that complainant as not complied with order dated 21.04.2022 for almost an year and vide order dated 10.10.2022 again directed to comply with the said order and place on record proof of the conversation with OP and complainant took time for arguments on admission. Thereafter, he did not appear before this Commission.  Matter is still at admission stage. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
