HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJIT MANDAL, PRESIDENT

  1. This is to consider an application filed by the review applicant / complainant for review of the final order / judgment dated 10.03.2023 passed by this Commission in connection with complaint case No. CC/241/2013.
  1. Heard Learned Advocates appearing for the parties.
  1. Perused the record.  Considered.
  1. Having heard both the sides and on careful perusal of the record, the grounds of review application, impugned judgment dated 10.03.2024 passed by this Commission and other documents it appears to me that by way of present review application filed under section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the review applicant / complainant has sought for review of the order dated 10.03.2023 passed by this Commission.
  1. After going through the record I did not find any error apparent on the face of the record, which calls for review of order dated 10.03.2023 passed by this Commission.
  1. Under this facts and circumstances and on consideration of the materials available on record I am of the view that the review application is not maintainable in law and is liable to be dismissed.
  1. Accordingly, the application for review stands dismissed.
  1. There will be no order as to costs.
  1. The review application is, thus, disposed of accordingly.
