                         None  for the Opposite  Party.

                         Complaint passed over several times since morning. But none put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 03:00 P.M. No further wait is justified and possible. The  complaint was fixed for rejoinder and evidence since 03.03.2016.  The complainant failed to file rejoinder and evidence despite cost. On last date of hearing the complainant was not  present  despite giving  him the last opportunity   he was not present  today.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecution of complaint.

            Therefore, this Forum has no option except to dismiss the complaint in default for non-prosecution. Hence the complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
