ORDER

 

  On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 2017. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. After going through the case file it transpired that dispute between the parties was arose in 2001 against which complaint has been filed in 2006. Hence the complaint is barred by the limitation. In spite of various opportunities parties are not appeared to argue the matter on maintainability. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation made in previous order passed on 05/05/2022. File be consigned to record room.
