          Today is fixed for SR & Appearance of the O.Ps.  The track report showing service of notices of this case upon the O.Ps., are received.  But none appears from the side of the O.Ps.

The complainant files a verified petition praying to permit him to withdraw the case stating that the dispute in between the parties to this case has been settled out of Forum and as such he is not willing to proceed with this case.   The complainant himself is present.  Being asked he has submitted before this Forum that as the dispute has been settled out of Forum he is not willing to proceed with this case and he has prayed to permit him to withdraw the case.

Fees paid is correct.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the petition dated 19.2.2016 filed by the complainant is allowed.  Accordingly, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.

Thus the case is disposed of on withdrawal.

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
