ORDER

 Counsel for the parties present.  Mrs. K. Tripathi, Complainant No. 2 is also present.   The matter stands settled.  The management of ESCORTS Hospital –OP-1 has agreed to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- to the full and final settlement between the parties.  The said amount be paid through demand draft, within one month otherwise it will carry interest @ 9% per annum till its realization. 

          The decree accordingly stands passed.
