ORDER

By Sri. P.C. PAULACHEN  – PRESIDENT.

          This is the complaint filed under sec. 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, alleging defects in the vehicle manufactured by the second opposite party and sold to the complainant by the first opposite party dealer.

2. The opposite parties filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them.
3. Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
