                  Sh.Gagandeep Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdrew the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause  of action after removing the technical defects before the appropriate court/Commission. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
