Learned counsel for the opposite party made a statement that as per compromise we have received full and final payment as agreed of amount of Rs. 9,80,000/- from the complainant and given Loan Closure Letter (NOC) to the complainant and nothing of the opposite party is due against the complainant. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

On the other hand complainant Makhan Singh made a statement that I have heard the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite party and received the Loan Closure Letter (NOC) from the opposite party. As the compromise has been effected between the parties so I withdraw the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs or compensation. The case is disposed of in the National Lok Adalat held today in this Commission Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
