Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Sh.Satyanarayan Sharma, Advocate for Ops.

           

                        File taken up today, from 19.12.2023, on an application moved by complainant for withdrawal of the complaint.

                        A compromise deed (Ex. CX) on behalf of both the parties placed on record. Thereafter, complainant got recorded his statement that he does not want to pursue further with this complaint being compromised, in terms of written compromise Ex. CX.                       In view of the statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
