[1]     The Complainant is a partnership firm that purchased the article as mentioned on Exh. 5  and at Annexture A Pg. 49.

[2]     The  malfunction of the article started after expiration of warranty as mentioned in Exh.1 Pg. 19.

[3]     As mentioned in Pg. 52, 53, 54, 55, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 of the complaint. the buyer is then Ekta Verma who is not the Complainant.

[4]     With above discrepancy, the compliance for Sec. 2 (5) & 2(7) is not met.  Hence, the complaint cannot be admitted.

[5]     Hence, we proceed to pass the following order :-

                                      //ORDER//

1. The complaint is hereby rejected.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The certified copy of this order be furnished to the Complainant free of costs.
4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant.
