On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that no appearance has not been entered by the complainant before the present Bench.Complainant consistently failed to appear in the three consecutive hearings i.e. February, 2022, August, 2022 and February, 2023and today also no one appeared on behalf of complainant. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
