Present :-  Complainant in person.

                     Adv. Mansi Gaba for OP-2.

 

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP-2 for an amount of Rs. 36,200/-(invoice amount of the AC). It has been agreed between the parties that after receiving the settlement amount, complainant will return the old AC to the OP-2.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted. Complaint against OP-2 is disposed of as settled.  Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
