Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Complainant in person.

                     Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate, Counsel for OPs No. 2 and 3.

 

          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP No. 3. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the OPs No. 2 and 3, on the instructions of OPs No. 2 and 3, by making a separate statement, stated that OPs No. 2 and 3 are ready to compromise the matter with the Complainant by making repair of the product in question free of costs within 30 days from the date of this order. Ld. Counsel for the OPs No. 2 and 3 also stated that the service centre employee will pick up the product from the Complainant’s premises and also return the same after repair.

 

 

          On the other hand, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he has gone through the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the OPs No.2 and 3, and agrees with the same, hence, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
