After intervention of the Bench, both parties are ready to settle the matter against the cost of the Refrigerator in question which is Rs. 28,000/-. OP is directed to make the payment within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this Order.  Complainant is directed to provide NEFT details to OP. OP is at liberty to collect defective Refrigerator at their own cost. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
