     This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to take steps to credit the PF amount into the new account and to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- towards  compensation for physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and for his family members.
