ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. This complaint is dismissed. Both sides parties shall bear their own costs. Further in the interest of justice and to set an example for such defaulter in future it is here by ordered that the respondant is here by directed to file the charge sheet for the offence punishable under section 14(1) (1A) of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provsions Act 1952 coupled with other offences if any revealed during the course of investigation, Soon after investigation is completed by the respondant against the complainant's employer and his establishement under intimation to this Forum. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD immediately.
