ORDER

1. Counsel for the complainant states that the opposite party has issued two cheques in the sum of Rs.11,04,421/- each in the names of the complainants as full and final settlement and accordingly the complainants be allowed to withdraw the present complaint.
2. Proxy counsel for the opposite party confirms the factum of issuance of aforesaid two cheques in the names of the complainants and states that he has no objection if the complainants are allowed to withdraw the present complaint.
3. The prayer made by the complainants for withdrawing the complaint is accepted and the complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. A photocopy of aforesaid two cheques is taken on record.
4. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between them.
5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
