ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. On the last date of hearing also, complainant did not appear. OPs could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OPs, but neither complainant has turned up nor correct address of OPs has been furnished by him despite grant of sufficient opportunity. Even previous costs of Rs.200/- has not been deposited by complainant. Non appearance of complainant and non compliance of the order of this commission indicates that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
