          Vide his separate statement recorded on 11.9.2024, the ld.Counsel for the Decree Holder stated that he withdraws the present execution application under Section 72 of CPA Act 2019 with liberty to get it revived and it be disposed off in the National Lok Adalat on 14.9.2024.

          In view of the statement of ld.Counsel for the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
