ORDER

1.       No one appears for the appellants / complainants. On the previous date i.e. 15.11.2021 also no one had appeared for the appellants / complainants.

2.       Learned counsel for the respondents / opposite parties submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and that a joint application being I.A. no. 6282 of 2021 has been filed by the two sides to this effect. 

3.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

4.       Learned counsel for the respondents / opposite parties further submits that the matter has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such. 

5.       In the wake of the above submissions, the first appeal no. 363 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous. However, unfettered liberty is provided to the appellants / complainants to revive their appeal, if they so wish, by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today.   

6.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal (including specifically to the each of the appellants / complainants) and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
