Both parties present.  Advocate for appellant and respondent have filed a joint memo stating that, they have settled the matter out of court and also paid an amount of Rs. 20,000/- as a full and final settlement and the appellant under takes to provide a Possession Certificate.  In view of joint memo the appeal is dismissed.

The direction is given to District Commission to recall the arrest warrant and parties are directed to report the same before District Commission in Execution Petition.  Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
