     2nd Address: First Floor, Star City Mall, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi-110091.

3.  Rohit Kumar Singh, R/o #18, Gali No.18, Sadarpur Colony Noida Gautam Budh         Nagar- Director of Elite Club & Resorts.

4.  Santosh Mishra son of Gangadhar Mishra, R/o # 206, Gali No.16, Near Shiv       Mandir, Jagmai Rai Enclave Roshan Nagar, Amarnagar, Faridabad- Sales    Manager/Partner of  Elite Club & Resorts.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

Order by:-  Smt. Neena Sandhu, President.

 

                   Complainant No.1 has made a statement, on behalf of complainants, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. He has received a part payment of Rs.1,10,000/- out of settled amount of Rs.1,60,000/-, in view of the above, they withdraw the present complaint. In case part payment of Rs.50,000/- will not be received by the complainants then they will file afresh complaint. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant No.1.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant No.1, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that complainants shall remain bound by the statement given by the complainant No.1. Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainants, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
