Today the case was fixed for issued notice to opposite party.
Shri Tilak Raj representative of opposite party has tendered the cheque Annexure X in favour of Ram Parkash S/o Shri Amar Singh.
Shri Ram Parkash complainant has made a statement that “I have received the cheque No. 999968, HDFC Bank of Dated 6.10.22 Copy of the same is Annexure X. I withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.
On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the complaint is disposed off accordingly. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
